Image License Agreement

This Image License Agreement (“License”) applies to digital images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, and other visual content (“Images”) purchased or downloaded from Aixplorationstudio.com (“Website”) operated by Ai Xploration Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or downloading an Image from the Website, you agree to the terms of this License.

1. License Grant

When you purchase an Image from our Website, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Image in accordance with this License.

Your purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

3. You CANNOT Resell the Image

You may not sell the Image itself.

You may not:

  • Resell the original Image
  • Sell a modified version of the Image as a standalone image
  • Offer the Image for download
  • Include the Image in a collection of images offered for sale
  • Use the Image as a stock-image product
  • Sell the Image on another marketplace
  • Give the original Image to a customer as a standalone asset

Your customers, clients, employees, contractors, or other third parties may not receive the original Image as an independently usable asset unless they obtain their own appropriate license.

4. No Redistribution

You may not redistribute the original Image.

This includes uploading or making the Image available through:

  • File-sharing websites
  • Public download websites
  • Image libraries
  • Cloud storage with public access
  • Forums
  • Online communities
  • Social media file repositories
  • Websites that allow users to download stock images
  • Other platforms where third parties can obtain the original Image

You may display the Image as part of your own finished work, but you may not make the original downloadable file available to others.

5. No Upload to Stock Image Websites

You may not upload, submit, or distribute a purchased Image to any stock-image, photography, illustration, graphics, or digital-asset marketplace.

This includes platforms such as:

  • Stock photography websites
  • Stock illustration websites
  • Digital asset marketplaces
  • Image libraries
  • Print-on-demand image libraries
  • Similar competing services

The Image may not be used to create or supply a competing stock-image product.

6. Social Media Use

You may use purchased Images on social media platforms, including:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Pinterest
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • X
  • Other social media platforms

However, your social media use must be part of your own content, marketing, advertising, or communication.

You may not upload the original Image as a standalone downloadable asset or claim that you created or own the original Image.

7. Website Use

You may use purchased Images on your personal or business website.

For example, you may use an Image as:

  • A website header
  • Blog artwork
  • Background image
  • Product-page artwork
  • Promotional banner
  • Advertisement
  • Landing-page image
  • Social sharing image

You may not provide the original high-resolution file to Website visitors as a downloadable stock image.

8. Printed Materials

You may use purchased Images in printed materials, including:

  • Brochures
  • Flyers
  • Posters
  • Business cards
  • Catalogs
  • Magazines
  • Promotional materials
  • Packaging
  • Advertising materials

The Image must form part of a larger finished design or product and may not be sold or distributed as the Image itself.

9. Client and Business Projects

You may use purchased Images as part of a project created for a client or business.

For example, a designer may purchase an Image and use it in a website, advertisement, brochure, or marketing campaign created for a client.

However, the Image license itself does not automatically transfer to the client as an independent license.

The Image must remain incorporated into the finished project and may not be separately redistributed or resold by the client.

If the client needs to use the Image independently, the client should obtain an appropriate license.

10. Modification of Images

You may modify purchased Images for your permitted projects.

Permitted modifications may include:

  • Cropping
  • Resizing
  • Color adjustments
  • Adding text
  • Combining the Image with other graphics
  • Applying filters
  • Creating compositions
  • Other reasonable creative modifications

However, modifying an Image does not give you ownership of the underlying copyright.

You may not claim the original Image or substantially unchanged Image as your own copyrighted work.

11. AI and Machine Learning

Unless explicitly authorized by [COMPANY NAME] in writing, you may not use purchased Images to:

  • Train artificial intelligence systems
  • Train machine-learning models
  • Train image-generation models
  • Develop datasets for AI systems
  • Create datasets for machine learning
  • Fine-tune generative AI models
  • Upload Images to AI training databases
  • Use Images as training data for generative models

You may use an Image in an ordinary creative project that happens to use AI-assisted editing tools, provided that the Image is not being used as training data or added to a dataset.

12. Logos, Trademarks, and Branding

You may not use a purchased Image as a trademark, service mark, company logo, brand identity, or other exclusive brand identifier.

The purchase of an Image does not grant you trademark rights.

13. Copyright and Ownership

All rights not expressly granted by this License are reserved.

Purchasing an Image does not give you:

  • Copyright ownership
  • Exclusive ownership
  • Trademark rights
  • Resale rights
  • Redistribution rights
  • Stock-image rights
  • Ownership of the original file

Your rights are limited to the license granted under this Agreement.

14. Exclusive Licenses

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all Images are licensed on a non-exclusive basis.

This means that we may license the same Image to other customers.

If an exclusive license is available for a particular Image, the applicable product page or separate written agreement will expressly state the terms of that exclusive license.

15. Number of Users

The standard license is intended for the purchaser.

You may use the Image for your own personal or business projects.

You may not distribute the original Image file to multiple users, employees, contractors, or organizations in a manner that effectively creates additional independent licenses.

Organizations requiring multiple independent users or broader internal distribution may be required to obtain an extended license.

16. License Restrictions

You may not use the Image in a manner that:

  • Violates applicable laws
  • Infringes another person’s rights
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Misrepresents the identity or endorsement of a person
  • Suggests that a person, company, or organization depicted in an Image endorses your product or service when no such endorsement exists
  • Is defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful

17. Downloaded Files

You are responsible for securely storing purchased files.

You should maintain your own backup copies of purchased Images.

We may limit or discontinue download access after a certain period, where such limitation is disclosed at the time of purchase or otherwise permitted under our Terms & Conditions.

18. License Termination

We may terminate your license if you materially violate this License Agreement.

If your license is terminated, you must immediately stop using the affected Image and, where applicable, delete unauthorized copies in your possession or control.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us under applicable law.

19. Refunds

Refunds for Digital Products are governed by our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

A refund or cancellation of a purchase may also result in termination of the associated Image license.

If a refund is granted, you must stop using the Image and delete copies that you are no longer licensed to use.

20. No Transfer of Copyright

You may not transfer, assign, sublicense, or sell this Image License to another person or organization unless we have provided written permission.

The license is granted to the purchaser and is subject to these Terms.

21. Copyright Infringement

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or use of an Image may constitute copyright infringement.

We reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

If we discover unauthorized use or distribution of our Images, we may request removal of the content and may take further legal or administrative action where appropriate.

22. Questions About Licensing

If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact us before using the Image.

23. Acceptance
